It would be open for the petitioners to tender representation to the Vice-Chancellor of the University, putting forth their grievance. If the petitioners tender representation, same shall be taken into consideration by the Vice-Chancellor within the frame work of relevant regulations. The Vice-Chancellor shall pass appropriate orders expeditiously.

With the liberty, as aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of.
