After this matter was heard for a considerable time on 9.10.2019 and today, the learned Advocate for the petitioner submits on instructions from the petitioner - Shri Kamlesh Bahubali Gangawal and his father Shri Bahubali Tarachand Gangawal that the petitioner would handover the possession of the hotel as well as the shop (which is rented out to Poonam Chetan Gangawal, who is the sister-in-law of the petitioner), which are the properties at issue, on/or before 25.10.2019. With this statement, this petition may be permitted to be withdrawn. 2.
