Respondent - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon is present before this Court. Learned AGP places on record a photocopy of the order passed by her on 11th October 2024, which is addressed to headmaster, Anglo Urdu High school, Sawada, Taluka-Raver, District-Jalgaon, which is stated to be in respect of the present petitioner, thereby there is compliance of the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.8629 of 2024 dated 14th August 2024. The said communication is taken on record by marking as Exhibit-A.
