Heard learned counsel for the applicants, respondent no.1 insurance company and respondent no.2. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent no.2 opposes this application for withdrawal. Learned counsel for insurance company has pointed out that total amount of Rs.39,57,722/- is deposited in this Court. Out of this amount, amount of Rs.7,00,000/- is to be invested in the name of minor Claimant.

Considering this situation and after going through the award, I feel it proper to allow the

ca14842.18 applicants to withdraw the amount of Rs.20,00,000/- out of the deposited amount, subject to filing of written undertaking, within eight weeks from the date of passing of this order, to deposit the said withdrawn amount as and when directed by this Court. Remaining amount shall be invested in fixed deposit till final disposal of the appeal.
