By this Petition, the Petitioner has sought direction to withdraw the investigation of Crime No. 135 of 2023 dated 7th June, 2023 registered with Peth Beed Police Station, District Beed from the present Investigating OfÏcer and assign it to any other competent Police OfÏcer.

Learned APP, on instructions, submits that charge sheet is filed in the present crime on 25th April, 2025. 3.

In that view of the matter, prayer made in the present petition is rendered infructuous. Criminal Writ Petition is, therefore, disposed of as infructuous.
