The order dated 5th September, 2013, passed in Petition No. E-229 of 2011, by the learned Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad, thereby granting maintenance of Rs. 1,500/- p.m. to respondent No. 1, is questioned in the present revision.

It is brought to my notice that, after the present respondent suffered a decree for restitution of conjugal rights and since same was not honoured, the learned III rd Jt. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Aurangabad by judgment and decree dated 13th July, 2009, passed in H. M. P. No. 254 of 2008, in exercise of powers under Sections 13 (1-a) & (1-b) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, has ordered dissolution of marriage between parties. 3.

Both the parties are present before this Court and have identified by their respective Counsel. Parties have tendered the settlement terms/compromise pursis, before this Court. Upon query made by this Court, they have admitted the contents of terms of compromise tendered before this Court.

Hence, the present revision stands disposed of in terms of compromise pursis.

In view of disposal of revision, criminal application No. 6819 of 2014, does not survive and same stands disposed of as infructuous. 6.

Fees payable to learned Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No. 1, being appointed by the Legal Aid Committee, who has worked out the matter, is allowed at Rs. 3,000/- (Rs. Three Thousand) (N.W. SAMBRE, J.) sjk
