This is an application for setting aside order dated 27.10.2015, passed by the Registrar, refusing registration of the First Appeal Stamp for want of prosecution.

Heard. For the reasons recorded in the application, the application deserves to be allowed and same is accordingly allowed. The order passed by the Registrar on 27.10.2015 refusing registration of the First Appeal Stamp is set aside. First Appeal is restored to its original stage.
