Learned Counsel for respondent No.5 and learned A.G.P. raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has an alternate remedy to challenge the supersession before the School Tribunal.

In light of the above, Mr. Biradar, though learned Counsel for the petitioner sought to canvass the submission on merits, we are not inclined to consider the same.

Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. All the contentions are kept open. The Forum where the appeal would be filed shall consider the time spent in prosecuting the present petition.
