By the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for direction to the respondent-authority to decide the representation made by the petitioner for grant of rental compensation to the petitioner along with the interest. If the application preferred by the petitioner for rental compensation is pending with the respondentauthority, the respondent No.2 shall decide the same within a period of one year. The respondent No. 2 shall grant hearing to all the concerned parties including the petitioner while deciding the application preferred by the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
