Learned counsel for petitioner purports to point out that petitioner while has impugned his transfer order, he happens to be one of 484 Live Stock

( 2 ) wp12296.19.odt Development Officers transferred under order dated 04-07-2019. Under order dated 08-07-2019 of Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal the same has been stayed to the extent of applicant in original application No. 598 of 2019. 2.

Learned counsel for petitioner contends that the reasons in said order dated 08-07-2019 apply on all fours to his transfer. He contends that, however, it appears that the tribunal had fallen oblivious of the same while notice had been issued in his original application bearing No. 899 of 2019. Learned counsel further submits that, thus far, his position in Osmanabad district has not been disturbed and petitioner has not been relieved. 3.

In view of aforesaid, we deem it appropriate that position as obtaining on the date may not be disturbed. The tribunal may proceed with original application No. 899 of 2019 alongwith original application No. 598 of 2019.

Efficacy of present order would be operative only till tribunal passes further orders in original application No. 899 of 2019, interim or otherwise.

Writ Petition is disposed of.
