The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that by way of inadvertence, typographical errors appeared in the order as regards the date of appointment of respondent no.2. Inadvertently, the same is typed in the order at Paragraphs No.3 and 8, at respective places, as 26.06.1995 and the same ought to be 20.06.1995.

In view of the above submissions, necessary corrections, as indicated above, shall be carried out in the order dated 06.11.2025 and corrected copy of the order shall be uploaded.
