Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The FIR reveals that the first informant had affair with the applicant. However, she got suspicion that he has affair with another girl. Hence, she stopped responding him. It is alleged that the applicant threatened her that if she would not talk to him or would break the relation, he will viral her naked photographs. However, the prosecution has no material to show that the applicant has made alleged video viral. It seems that there were some differences between the applicant and the victim. The applicant is languishing behind bars since

943-BA.1940-22.odt 02.11.2022. The material investigation appears to have been completed. Hence, the application deserves to be allowed.

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant NAMDEV GORAKSHNATH KALE be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.277 of 2022, registered by Police Station Sonai, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 354-D, 506 of the IPC and Section 12 of the POCSO Act, on the condition not to contact the victim till the conclusion of the trial.
