The Petitioner No.1 Institution prays for provisional approval to the appointment of Petitioner No.2. The proposal is pending with Respondent No.2 Education Officer.

Considering the above and as an innocuous prayer is putforth, this petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.2 to deal with the said proposal strictly in accordance with the law applicable and arrive at a decision independently. If the provisional approval can be granted, the said provisions of law shall be referres to while passing the order. Let this exercise be completed within 60 days from today.
