On being confronted that the impugned order passed by the Principal District Judge, Aurangabad, on 25/11/2021, below Exh.1 of the application filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, seeking transfer of the proceedings from the concerned Court, the learned Counsel for the petitioners gracefully state that the application was moved on account of some misunderstanding being nurtured and by inviting my attention to the pleading contained in the application and specifically paragraph 3, he conceal to the fact that the impugned order do not suffer from any flaw. He, therefore, seeks withdrawal of the writ petition. The writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn and the same is disposed of.

14864.21wp (2) It is also expedient to direct the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Vaijapur, before whom the Special Civil Suit No.18/2020 is pending, to refrain from expressing any opinion orally, without any order being passed.
