The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the pension proposal of the petitioner is pending with respondent No. 4. It has not been forwarded to respondent No. 2. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 4. Mr. Bolkar, the learned Counsel appears for respondent Nos. 5.

In case the pension proposal of the petitioner is pending with respondent No.4, then respondent No. 4 shall with his notings

2 981-WP-12376-2019 and endorsement forward the same to respondent No. 2, preferably within a period of eight weeks from today. On receipt of the said proposal, respondent No. 2 shall take decision upon it expeditiously. 4.
