Learned counsel for the applicants submits that during pendency of the main application, charge-sheet has been submitted. Criminal Application No. 3068 of 2021 is filed for amendment in the main application to seek quashing of the proceedings vide R.C.C. No. 267 of 2021.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in Criminal Application No. 3068 of 2021, the same allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C) and disposed off accordingly.
