Learned counsel for the respondent has not seriously resisted this application. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the person, who is now proposed to be added as petitioner is similarly situated person like the petitioners in the writ petition and even he is party to the common judgment dated 31.1.2013 passed by the Industrial Court, Aurangabad.
