1] Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2] We do not see any reason to interfere in the order passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal since the petitioner sought regularization of services in absence of any document showing his appointment. No case is made out for interference.

WP 11252/14 - 2 - 3] If petitioner has some grievance about non-payment of the amount for the period for which he has already worked, he can take appropriate remedy for redressal of said grievance.

4] The petition stands rejected. No costs.
