The petitioners claim that in spite of a direction by the respondent No.3 - Tahsildar to the respondent No.4 - Deputy Superintendent of Land Records of Akole dated 04.08.2021 the latter is not taking any steps as per the directions.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent No.4 to act in accordance with the directions of the respondent No.3 - Tahsildar in his order dated 04.08.2021 as expeditiously as possible and in any event within eight weeks from today.
