Heard. By this petition, the petitioner is seeking a limited relief that the caste claim of the petitioner, which is pending before the Caste Scrutiny Committee since 18/9/2024, be expedited.

Considering the fact that the proposal is pending since 18/9/2024, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondent No.2 Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the

caste claim of the petitioner within a period of six months from today. The petitioner undertakes to appear before the respondent No.2 Caste Scrutiny Committee on 18th November 2025.
