The applicant prays for condonation of delay of 68 days and for recalling the order of the learned Registrar dated 26/07/2017 refusing registration to the Second Appeal for non removal of office objections.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Delay of 68 days is condoned subject to the payment of costs of Rs.101/- to the Advocate Associations' Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad on or before 22/12/2017. Thereafter, the applicant shall remove all office objections on or before 15/01/2018, if not already removed and the order of the learned Registrar dated 26/07/2017 shall then stand recalled and the second appeal shall stand registered.
