Mr. Dama, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the decision has been taken to pay the Rahaniman Allowance to the petitioner and the arrears would be paid to the petitioner in four equal installments of every year. 2.

The learned counsel for petitioner states that for this year only Rs. 10,000/- has been paid, though it was decided to pay Rs. 43,178/- by 31st March.

The learned counsel for the respondents states that the remaining amount would be paid within two months. 4.

In view of the resolution passed by the respondents, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. The respondents shall make the payment as per the resolution. 5.
