By this application, the applicant seeks restoration of Civil Application Stamp No. 9496 of 2024 that has suffered dismissal by virtue of conditional order dated 12.6.2024 for non-removal of office objections. There is delay of 126 days in filing present application. However, considering the reasons set out in para.Nos. 2 to 4, the application deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C) subject to condition that the applicant removes office objections within a period of two weeks. If office objections are not removed within stipulated period, the order of learned Registrar shall govern the proceeding.
