The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that leaving open the points raised in this petition, to be agitated at appropriate time, this petition may be disposed of by giving directgions to the Assistant

(3) W.P. No. 11147 of 2014 Charity Commissioner, Jalgaon, to decide Change Report bearing Enquiry No. 903/2009 and Change Report bearing Enquiry No. 811/2009, expeditiously.

In response to the argument of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the learned Counsel for respondent no.7 submits that the present petitioner filed Writ Petition No. 10911 of 2015, which came to be disposed of on 14th December 2015 by giving directions to the Assistant Charity Commissioner to decide the Change Report proceedings within a period of six months from the date of the order.

In that view of the matter, we do not think it necessary to reiterate same directions to the authority to decide the said Change Report. We hope and expect, that the concerned authority will decide the said Change Report proceedings within a period of six months, as directed by this Court in the said Writ Petition.

Leaving open the points raised in this petition, to be agitated at appropriate time, this Petition stands disposed of.
