Civil Application (St.) No.15265 of 2013 was moved by the applicants for bringing legal representatives of appellant on record, registration whereof was refused by the Registrar (Judicial) by order dated 31st July, 2013. There is delay of 119 days. For the reasons disclosed in the application, delay is condoned. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the order dated 31st July, 2013, passed by Registrar (Judicial), is set aside, subject to present applicants removing office objections within a period of two weeks from today. Failure to remove office objections within the stipulated time shall result in restoration of the order dated 31st July, 2013, passed by Registrar (Judicial).

The above referred order is passed subject to payment of costs of Rs.1,000/-, within two weeks from today, to the Library, Advocates Association of Bombay High Court at Aurangabad. 4.
