Order :- Heard learned counsel for the applicant (original claimant) and learned counsel for respondent- M.S.R.T.C. 2.

Mr. Bhokarikar, learned counsel for appellant submits that the statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited in this Court is remained to be withdrawn being part of compensation amount awarded by the Tribunal. Learned counsel for respondent- M.S.R.T.C. has no objection for withdrawal of the amount deposited as statutory benefit by the original claimant in this case.

In view of aforesaid submission and reasons mentioned in the application, the applicant (original claimant) is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited in this Court by the respondent - M.S.R.T.C. as statutory amount while presenting the First Appeal No. 643 of 2006 before this Court. Accordingly, civil application stands disposed of.
