Heard Mr. Bhokarikar, learned counsel for applicants. The learned counsel for applicants has invited my attention to the order passed earlier by this Court dated 12th July, 2019. In view of the conditional order passed by this Court dated 12th July, 2019, the appeal came to be dismissed against respondent No.1 for want of steps. The applicants are seeking restoration of appeal against respondent No.1. The learned counsel for applicants assures that he would take necessary steps against respondent No.1 by moving an application for paper publication against respondent No.1. Having regard to the submissions of the learned counsel for applicants, following order is passed:

O R D E R

I.

The civil application is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (d).

II.

The applicants to take necessary steps against respondent No.1 for substituted service through public notice in a daily newspaper having vide circulation in that area and file supporting affidavit alongwith copy of newspaper.

III.

The civil application is accordingly disposed of. IV.
