Learned AGP has placed on record copy of communication dated 28.04.2025 issued by Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition), by which it is informed that demand is raised on 25.04.2025 and after the amount is received pursuant to the demand, same shall be paid to the petitioner. 2.

We, therefore, find that there is substantial compliance of the order passed by this Court. We dispose of the contempt petition by recording statement of learned AGP that demand is raised for funds to pay compensation to the petitioner Bhagyawant Punde

{2} 35-CP-938-2024 and on receipt of funds, compensation will be disbursed to the petitioner, as undertaking to this Court.
