Mr.Deshmukh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition. However, he seeks liberty to make an application to the Trial Court for the expeditious disposal of the suit. Liberty, as prayed for, is granted.

It is made clear that if and when the application for expeditious hearing is made by the petitioner, the same would be decided by the Trial Court on its own merits. This, without being influenced in any manner by the liberty granted by this Court.

Petition stands dismissed, as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty.
