The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of only 27 days in setting aside order dated 30/08/2023 passed by the learned Registrar in SA No.169 of 2022.

It appears that the said appeal has been dismissed only against respondent Nos.2F, 8 and 9A for want of steps. The appeal against other respondents, is still pending. Though the application is opposed, but considering the short period of delay and for the reasons stated therein, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-A, A-1 and B and disposed of accordingly. 4.
