The petitioner, in fact for the grievance raised in the present writ petition has remedy under section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

In light of the above, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

The writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner may avail the proceedings under section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation Act, as may be permissible under law and as would be maintainable. No costs.
