The petitioner seeks directions to decide the proposal dated 18.2.2013 (Exhibit 'B'), seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak.

In case the proposal, seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner (Exhibit 'B') is pending with the respondent authorities, then the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law, preferably within four months from today.
