We have heard the learned Advocate for all the sides and have perused the avernments in the civil application. Respondent Nos.4 and 5 were issued with a bailable warrant by the order of this Court dated 02/12/2021.

In view of the above, the civil application is allowed. Paragraph No.3 of the order dated 02/12/2021 stands recalled on the condition that the affidavit in reply in the writ petition shall be filed on behalf of khs/Dec. 2021/13340
