The applicants being the legal representatives of sole claimant i.e. respondent No.1 in the appeal, are seeking permission to bring themselves on record by condoning delay of 2188 days, since he expired on 23.08.2016. There is no strong objection from the side of Acquiring Body, who in fact, is under obligation to bring applicants on record.
