Learned Advocate for the respondents submits, on instructions, that now the Waqf Tribunal has been constituted comprising of three members. Same is available at Aurangabad. He, therefore, submits that his RCS No.197 of 2016 can be transferred to the Waqf Tribunal, in the light of Section 85 of the Waqf Act, 1995.

I find that Section 9A (Maharashtra Amendment) has been deleted by an Ordinance introduced by the State of Maharashtra on 27.6.2018.
