These applications are filed for withdrawal of interest amount deposited by the acquiring body.

It is not in dispute that claimants have already withdrawn the entire compensation amount. Learned advocate for applicants/claimants submits that in connected matter i.e. First Appeal No. 1906/2019, Civil Application No. 12527/2023 was filed seeking withdrawal of interest amount, which is allowed by this Court vide order dated 20.10.2023.

In that view of the matter, civil applications are allowed.

Applicants/claimants are permitted to withdraw interest part that is accrued on the deposited amount till the date of withdrawal of the deposited amount.
