Till today, the applicant/appellant has deposited entire compensation amount before the Commissioner for Employees' Compensation.

The execution of the award passed by the Commissioner for Employees Compensation and Judge, Labour Court, Aurangabad in Workmen's Compensation Petition No.39/2014 is stayed till the final hearing of the appeal. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
