PER COURT :- After having heard learned advocate for the applicants, learned A.P.P. for respondent No.1-State and learned advocate appointed to represent respondent No.2, we find it to be not a fit case to grant any relief to the applicants.

Two of the applicants are female. We request the trial court to grant them permanent exemption from appearing before it until the conclusion of trial. However, it would be at liberty to enforce their presence for framing of charge, recording of their statements under Section 313 of Cr.P.C. etc. provided the learned advocate for

cran3857.22 -2the applicants would co-operate the trial court to take the case to its logical conclusion at the earliest. If the trial court finds no cooperation from the applicants, it may enforce their presence by coercive mode.

With these observations and directions, the application stands disposed of.
