PER COURT :- 1) Heard. It is submitted that pay bills of the employees are submitted to the office of Respondent No.5. It is not in dispute that the petitioner are entitled for salary.

2) Learned AGP, relying upon the averments in the affidavit in reply, submits that all the concerned authorities are directed to disburse the amount of salary to the surplus teachers till June-2015. In that view of the matter, we direct Respondent Nos.3,4 and 5, to take appropriate steps to pay salary of the members of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of three weeks from today.

3) With these directions, the Civil Application is disposed of.
