The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner had lodged a claim with the liquidator, even after decree is passed by the Civil Court, however, the liquidator is not making any payment.

The liquidator will have to decide the claims in accordance with priority as laid down under the Statute. 3.

The liquidator while deciding the claim shall consider the decree in favour of the petitioner and shall take steps in accordance with priority claims. The liquidator shall act
