The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that a representation/application made by the petitioners dated 08.11.2021, pending with respondent No. 4 herein, be decided within a particular time frame.

We have perused the application, by which, the petitioners seek correction in mutation entries and allied issues. They also desire a declaration that they are the owners and in possession of a particular land.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with the following directions :

916wp1859.22 a) Respondent No. 4 would initiate the hearing on the application filed by the petitioners dated 08.11.2021.

b) The persons concerned/stake holders, would also be given an opportunity of hearing, before deciding the said application.

c) Respondent No. 4 would consider, whether the prayers made in the application can be considered by him in his jurisdiction and if he is of the view that he can exercise such jurisdiction, he would proceed to decide such application, in accordance with law, on or before 15th October, 2022.
