This is an application for bringing respondent Nos.5A and 5B as legal heirs of deceased respondent No.5 on record. By condoning delay of 2614 days in preferring application. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Delay is condoned. Applicants are permitted to bring on record legal heirs of deceased respondent No.5. 4.

Necessary amendment be carry out within one week. First Appeal No.751/2007 5.

Learned Advocate for the appellants states that service to respondents have been effected. He also places affidavit of service on record.
