After hearing both sides, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that the applicant wishes to withdraw the present application, in view of the report received from the District and Sessions Court, Jalna that the trial would be concluded within a period of two to three months.

In the circumstances, with a direction to the learned Sessions Judge to conclude the trial within three months, the present application is allowed to be withdrawn and stands disposed as such.

Office to communicate the concerned Sessions Court accordingly.
