The Contempt Petition is filed for non-compliance of the Order dated 22.07.2024 in Writ Petition No.7623 of 2024, by which the Statement of learned AGP on instructions that the Appeals would be decided within three (3) weeks, was taken on record and the Writ Petition was disposed of.

The learned AGP submits that the concerned Respondent has complied with the said undertaking and tendered across the bar copy of the Order dated 28.11.2024 passed by the concerned Respondent / Committee. The said documents are taken on record and marked as 'X-1' for the purpose of identification.
