Mr. Tripathi, learned Advocate appearing for applicant submits that by order dated 22.07.2025, this Court disposed of M.C.A No.331 of 2024 and directed parties to appear before learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Parbhani on 25.08.2025. However, in prayer clause-B of M.C.A., applicant has prayed for transfer of proceeding before Family Court, Parbhani. He, therefore, seeks leave to correct prayer clause 'B' of M.C.A. as follows: "(B) The proceeding bearing H.M.P. No.98 of 2024 filed by respondent, which is pending before the learned Family Court, Parbhani Beed be transferred to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Parbhani." 3.

In that view of the matter, leave granted to correct prayer clause 'B'.
