Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal filed by the petitioner, bearing Appeal no.2324 of 2014 is pending before respondent no.02. The same is not yet decided.

In case, the appeal filed by the petitioner, bearing Appeal no.2324 of 2014 is pending before respondent no.02, the respondent no.02 i.e. Superintendent of Land Records shall decide the same on its own merits, after giving opportunity of hearing to all concerned, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months from the date of this order.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
