Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the caste (tribe) validation proceedings in respect of the petitioner is pending before respondent no.02 - Committee. The examination form of the petitioner for B.Pharmacy course is not being accepted on ground that the petitioner has not produced tribe validity certificate.

The respondent no.02 - Committee shall decide the tribe validation proceedings in respect of the petitioner, on its own merits, within a period of six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner before the Committee. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 22nd October 2019.

In case, the petitioner is otherwise eligible for appearing in the said examination, respondent no.03 shall not refrain him from appearing in the examination on the ground of non-submission of tribe validity certificate. The respondents shall take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the tribe validation proceedings.
