Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

Perused the papers produced by the learned A.P.P. 3.

It has been alleged against applicant No.2 Pilye Dada Vairagar @ Vishal Santosh Vairagar that he assaulted the injured with fighter and applicant No.1 Shoeb Budhan @ Shoeb Jahangir Shaikh had hold the injured. However, the injury certificate reveals that the injured has suffered simple injuries. The weapons allegedly used in the crime have been recovered. The applicants are behind bar for more than two and half months. There are no antecedents to their discredit. The material investigation has been completed against them. Hence, it

12-BA-1942-22 (2) would be inappropriate to keep them behind bar. Thus, the following order :- i) Application is allowed.

ii) Applicant No. (1) Shoeb Budhan @ Shoeb Jahangir Shaikh and

(2) Pilye Dada Vairagar @ Vishal Santosh Vairagar, be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/- each, with one solvent surety of like amount, in C.R.No.I-325 of 2022 registered with Sonai Police Station, Taluka Newasa, District Ahmednagar, for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 307, 324, 452, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4/25 of the Arms Act, on the conditions that;

(a) They shall not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses and (b) They shall attend the police station as and when called by Investigating Officer on written notice till filing of the chargesheet.
