If the Petitioners tender proper application to the Collector, Dhule within a period of fifteen days from today, the Collector, Dhule shall deal with the same in accordance with the provisions of law and take appropriate decision, as expeditiously as possible and

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion as regards of the merits of the contentions raised by the Petitioners and it is for the Collector to look into all the relevant aspects and record appropriate decision.

With the directions as aforesaid, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
