Heard the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the respective parties. The learned Advocate for the appellant has opposed to the applications for withdrawal of amount.

In all applications filed for withdrawal of amount, in view of the meager amount that has been granted, the applicants are permitted to withdraw entire 75% deposited amount along with accrued interest thereon till date subject to filing of undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Presiding Officer, Employees Workmen's Compensation Commissioner and Civil Judge Senior Division, Beed. The applications for withdrawal of amount stand disposed of. 3.

In other matters, the applicants to take steps to serve unserved respondents.
